Argaty Red Kites

Doune, FK16 6EJ

Doune, Scotland, GB, FK16 6EJ

Enjoy an afternoon of Wildlife Photography in the wonderful setting of Argaty Red Kites centre, in beautiful rural Stirlingshire between Doune and Dunblane.

In a workshop led by award winning photographer Mandy Williams, she and ranger Tom Bowser will share their passion for wildlife with you. Open to all skill levels using any camera, including phone cameras, you will learn how to prepare for successfully photographing wildlife. Starting with some macro work in the Bumblebee Garden, finishing with some time in a hide photographing the Red Kites, you may also be lucky enough to spot a red squirrel or two.

Argaty Red Kites are based on a working farm, about 7.5 miles from Dunblane. There is ample parking on site, however no public transport links. If you have limited mobility please let us know, the hide is wheelchair accessible and you just need to let us know in advance.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please be prepared for the weather as we will be outsude much of the time!
